What you send
The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, postcode and message so we can reply about a door. Review messages use the same form. We use those details to answer you and, if you book, to arrange the visit.
How long we keep them
Enquiry details are kept long enough to quote, fit the door and deal with any follow-up about that job, then removed. We do not sell the list.
